Fascia Adaptor

This Adaptor will convert the non din-sized aperture left after removing the factory stereo to a din size ready for head unit installation. The high quality finish, colour and texture are designed specifically to maintain the original look of your vehicles interior.

Double Din Fitting Cage

This kit is designed to replace the metal cage kit that is usually supplied with your new aftermarket double din head-unit or navigation system. It is used along with fascias that have 103mm high hole sizes.
Complete with fixings to attach to the new car radio body.

Steering Control Adaptor

A stalk/steering wheel control Adaptor enables you to utilise the original factory remote audio (whether built onto steering wheel or fitted on a stalk next to the steering wheel) with an aftermarket unit. 

This cable adapts from the original connector in the car, known as a quadlock, to standard aftermarket connectors for the new stereo, known as ISO connectors. The CANbus steering wheel control interface will retain the use of the original radio controls on the steering wheel with an aftermarket stereo. The CANbus interface generates a key present ignition supply to the new stereo, this means the stereo will turn on with the first click of the key and stay on until the key is removed from the ignition barrel. The interface also generates speed pulse, reverse gear and handbrake output signals, these are used when installing multimedia, navigation units and reverse cameras. This interface is built into the Quadlock to ISO harness adapter.

The Quadlock to ISO cable also has a built in high to low level adapter for the rear amplified speakers.  The adapter allows the new stereo to work with the original amplifier which drives all the speakers in the car and the subwoofer. The high to low level adapter gives a much cleaner audio signal to the amplifier compared to using line output phono leads.

Aerial Adaptor

An Aerial Adaptor is needed when replacing the original factory fitted head unit with an aftermarket head unit.  

Double moulded Fakra Aerial adapter cable for European cars that have amplified original antennas. Use with cars that have twin antenna both requiring power. This cable converts the cars existing ISO aerial plug to an aftermarket DIN type used by most car radio manufacturers. Will also provide a power feed to give 12 volt from the car radio to the cars amplified antenna.

Universal Patch Lead

Universal patch lead to be used with In car Tec 49 series steering wheel control interfaces. Use for Alpine, Clarion, JVC, Kenwood, Pioneer and Sony head units.

Important Patch lead: 

For Unbrabed / Chinese Head Units you will require a dedicated 49-000 Patch Lead

Important Fascia: 

• The fascias are made to suit industry standard sized stereos such as Alpine, JVC, Kenwood, Pioneer, Sony etc, NOT INCLUDING China units or unbranded units. 
• China units have a reputation to be over sized and may require modification to the fascia to allow it to fit.
• We do not take any responsibility for China units not fitting as they are not industry standard size.

Car Audio Fitting Accessories are sold with limited instructions. Some knowledge of car audio installation is helpful, as in some rare cases "modification"  may be  necessary or needed.
